How often do you wash your face? Twice a week? Once in every two days? Or Can not even remember it?

Cleaning our face is one of the basic but this is what we often skip time to time and that is one of the biggest mistake we should never ignore. Just like how many of us can not go outside without make-up, we should also consider cleaning our face before and after sleeping. Many Korean women believes that as much as how many hours we spend putting on make-up that is also equal the same amount of time we should spend on cleaning our face.

In the process of cleansing that's where the time we remove all the dead skin cells, impurities, oil, dirt, and other agents of environmental pollutants that can damage our facial skin harshly. Our skin produces oil called sebum; these are tiny glands under the skin that creates oil to protect our skin from environmental damage. These glands are very beneficial however if it also stays long in our face without being cleaned it can mix with our sweat or make-up which may cause blockage, trapping the sebum and will lead to irritation, acne, dry and a total look of an unhealthy skin .

I personally believe that to achieve a young looking face, we need to cleanse and cleanse and cleanse. The power of cleansing regularly helps in maintaining the radiance in our face resulting in a healthier and younger looking face. Skin is properly hydrated and prevents the production of excess oils giving us a cleaner and fresher feeling and it also boosts our confidence.
So start your cleansing ritual, not next week, not tomorrow but today! And banish dry and oily skin for good.
